No major issues, everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay - the room was the largest we have ever stayed in during a skiing holiday - lots of storage space which is usually at a premium.

All the window tables at breakfast appeared to be reserved!!

The location is perfect, being centrally located in the village and close to the bus stop and gondola. The breakfast provided is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the ones with three beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

A lovely location with a large park area and playground within sight of our hotel room. The children loved it. Room was very comfortable and spacious with basic kitchenette facilities - most importantly, a coffee pot!

The hotel seems to be understaffed during New Year, as our room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. the temperature control in the room was not functioning properly and the room was too warm at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also quite excellent. I appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the spa, available at a discounted rate. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location near the village center with easy access to restaurants and bars. The views from the balcony are amazing, especially at night. The spacious rooms are well kept and come with a refrigerator, which is great for storing snacks.

The restaurant staff can be disorganized and unaccommodating, with reservations seemingly required even when the restaurant is not full. Housekeeping can be a bit inconsistent with cleaning times.
